At high tide today between noon and 1 PM, two piles were driven into Ash Creek near the Ganim property on Gilman Street.  The Ash Creek Conservation Association is checking to ensure that the proper City of Bridgeport Building Permits and the State of Connecticut DEP procedures are being followed.  We will post the information as we receive it.  As you know, ACCA fought the Ganim dock permit, but lost.  However, the dock has been reduced in size and access is restricted.
