What is Qigong?  It is a mind/body/spirit practice

integrating postures, gentle movement, breathing and focused
mediation.

    Bring a towel, water bottle, sunscreen, hat, beach chair if you'd like

    Dress in loose comfortable clothes.  Qigong can be done barefooted, or with sneakers, beach shoes, etc.

    If you are interested, but can not make this class, please contact me. I am available to do small group and individual free introductory classes as I build my practice.

    There is a regular class that meets at Seabright on Wednesday mornings at 8:15.  All are invited to attend for free.
