The Black Rock Community Council is sponsoring  the 4th Annual Fairfield Ave Sweep on Saturday, April 26 beginning at 8:30 AM at the municipal parking lot next to the Ash Creek Saloon. Please bring gloves, shovels and brooms and they will supply bags and encouragement. The event is sponsored by the Black Rock Community Council in conjunction with Groundwork Bridgeport and the city-wide Groundwork Park City Sweep.  Please note that this is the same day as the Ash Creek and Save the Sound Clean Up, so if you still have energy, come on over and join us for that clean up as well.
