Call to Action by BRHA for Historic Commission Meeting on 344 Brewster Street
June 25, 2008 by admin commentURGENT CALL TO ACTION! ALL RESIDENTS OF BLACK ROCK ARE NEEDED TO STOP THE DEVELOPERS FROM RUINING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!
Brewster Street Partners, LLC and their attorney, Charles Willinger, now want to demolish the house on Brewster to make way for their condo development.
We have so far prevented the Large Condo Development proposed for 340 Brewster Street from happening. By joining together we stopped the building of
Thirteen Condos on LESS THAN ONE ACRE in the Historic District!!!
However, the danger of this development continues!
Property values threatened
Neighborhood Charm DiminishedTrees and Greenery Eliminated
Developers' profits trump citizens' concerns
Parking Problems and More Traffic
You are needed more than ever to continue to prevent this!
