UPDATE:  The Pogey concert last Tuesday night was a big success! There were hundreds in attendance and with the combined efforts of The Black Rock Community Council, The S.S. Norden Club and The Black Rock Food Pantry, $6,000.00 was raised for the food pantry and hundreds of pounds of food donations were provided by attendees!

Thanks to all the sponsors, Pogey, the Pat Lattin Quartet and to everyone who supported the Black Rock Food Pantry!

Jeanette Harris, storyteller, will be featured at the next Summer Time Fun event at the Black Rock Branch Library, 2705 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport at 2 PM on July 28.
