Time:   7 - 9 pm
What is this Workshop About?
Bridgeport has hosted a total of 11 public seminars and workshops on the Master Plan over the past four months to hear what City residents and stakeholders think about land use, zoning and historic preservation, housing, economic development, downtown, environment and open space, municipal facilities and services, cultural facilities, and transportation and infrastructure.
Bridgeport has heard what you had to say and its Master Plan consultants are preparing a draft policies document that will serve as the basis for the updated Master Plan.

What is a Master Plan?
The City’s Master Plan is a roadmap for its future.  The City’s last Master Plan was written in 1996.  A lot has changed in Bridgeport over the last ten years and it’s time to update the Plan.  Bridgeport’s new Master Plan will be the document that the City uses to guide development and land use decisions over the course of the next ten years.
Bridgeport Needs Your Input!
All residents, neighborhood, civic and economic interest groups are invited to get involved in discussing the proposed Master Plan policies.  This workshop will include a presentation on the Master Plan and roundtable discussions where you will have an opportunity to review the draft policies with your neighbors and provide comments to the City.
