You may know the game as Cornhole or Bag-O and have seen it played in stadium parking lots before a football game or at a neighborhood BBQ. It is huge in many parts of the country and has become very popular in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport where Burroughs is located.

For three years the Burroughs Community Center has worked with the Tauck Foundation to offer a summer travel experience to middle school students. This year 25 students will spend seven days in California focusing on “the immigrant experience”. Travelers have been working towards the trip for six months with weekly sessions led by Burroughs staff.
